Coffee with Sheriff
Allman
Top of the Cliff Restaurant
39140 S Highway 1, Gualala, CA 95445

The PRFM is proud to sponsor "Coffee with
Sheriff Allman".
This event is open to the public. Property owners and business owners are
encouraged to attend this informal gathering where you can speak one on one with Mendocino
County Sheriff and Coroner Tom Allman. Coffee, tea, juices and
pastries are being provided by the PRFM from Gualala's Cafe La La. The

The Property Rights Foundation of Mendocino County appreciates
Sheriff Allman's time and dedication. Law enforcement is a critical
component to Property Rights as defined by the 4th Amendment to the
Constitution.
The Fourth Amendment states:
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses,
papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall
not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause,
supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place
to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
The
Fourth Amendment: guards against
searches, arrests, and seizures of
property
without a specific warrant or a "probable
cause" to believe a crime has been committed. Sheriff Allman has
demonstrated his commitment to the Constitution and the PRFM is honored to
sponsor this event.
