Who We Are
The Property Rights Foundation of Mendocino County (PRFM) is a  grassroots, Registered California-based Non-Profit Foundation dedicated to the right to own and use private property in all its fullness as guaranteed in the United States Constitution.

  A quarterly newsletter about property rights in Mendocino County and California.
   
•   Grassroots activism
  PRFM does not seek to form subsidiary chapters or affiliates, but instead to help grassroots organizations to organize and to strengthen their work, whether on a local, regional, statewide or national basis. PRFM is also a volunteer organization, and is intensely aware of the need of grassroots groups to be effective with sometimes minimal practical resources.
   
•   Guiding Policies
  The Property Rights Foundation of Mendocino County acts as an accessible statewide and local repository and clearinghouse for information and assistance for citizens, policy makers and media concerned with restraining the government abuses of the civil rights of private property owners in the name of environmentalism, zoning, and other causes.

The Foundation helps grassroots people to organize and communicate to the centers of power, and connects people needing information and assistance with Local and National Advisory Board members and other experts.

The PRFM is operated by a three (3) member Board of Directors (BOD).  The BOD is guided by the Advisory Board.  The Advisory Board and the Membership  at large representative constitute the Policy Committee.
